No gawking, no judgement, no noisy power lifters, no dirty old machines and no waiting in line to get your reps in... Transformations Hawaii is an inviting personal training studio that is clean, bright and air conditioned. The space is private and quiet compared to larger gyms and we keep our small group sessions to around 10 people to ensure safe and efficient workouts. All of our equipment is top quality, disinfected regularly and well maintained.
